1. Provider
The YumiFit service is provided by I & B sp. z o.o., ul. Katowicka 86, 43-190 Mikołów (KRS 0000357995, NIP 6351812554, REGON 241614310).
2. What the service is
A free food diary: it stores your entries, computes totals and shows your day, week and month. You add entries manually or through a connected assistant (ChatGPT or Claude). The service has no artificial intelligence of its own, no payments and no ads.
3. Account
- Registration is open and free. The account is personal; do not share your password.
- You can download your data and delete your account at any time in Settings.
4. Third-party assistants
ChatGPT and Claude are services of other companies and work under their own terms. They are responsible for analysing your messages and photos. We are responsible for storing and showing the saved data. A save is confirmed only when our server has accepted it.
5. Estimates, no medical advice
Nutrition values may be estimates. The service is not medical or dietary advice and is not intended for treatment, diagnosis or nutrition plans for minors, during pregnancy or for eating disorders.
6. Your content
The data you record belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service (details: privacy policy).
7. Availability and changes
We aim for a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will announce material changes to these terms: .
